Equiterra is a CoCreative Leadership Program supporting individuals and organizations in developing the necessary interpersonal and collaborative skills for post-capitalist futures.

Equiterra is different from most leadership programs in that participants are also the CoCreators, choosing the most optimal learning pathways to collectively reach their goals, along the way.

Each cohort of Equiterra is a CoCreative experience based on the emergent needs of the collaborators, community and collectively desired and agreed upon, outcomes.
